Level 3 Digital Champion: Commercial

The broad purpose of a Digital Support Technician is to maximise the effective use of digital office technologies, productivity software, digital communications, including collaborative technologies, and digital information systems to achieve objectives.

The Digital Champion programme targets the key digital challenges facing your business, allowing it to grow and reach its full potential. You can create your own digital leader, allowing you to hand over the digital side of things and free up your time.

Level 3 Information Communications Technician

The role of an Information Communications Technician based in businesses is to support the internal IT department or managed service provider to maintain a lower-level presence on the ground whereby other members of staff feel supported with technology. This is achieved by monitoring and maintaining the IT systems and platforms to maximise productivity and user experience.

Level 4 Network Engineer

The primary role of a network engineer is to design, install, maintain and support communication networks within an organisation or between organisations. Network engineers need to maintain high levels of operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for their users, such as staff, clients, customers and suppliers. They will understand network configuration, cloud, network administration and monitoring tools, and be able to give technical advice and guidance.
