Primary Goal is focused on supporting every learner to achieve the highest quality professional development and career growth in Digital Transformation, IT, Networking and Digital Marketing creating the digital experts of the future.
Candidates who apply for an apprenticeship programme with Primary Goal can expect to receive the highest quality learner experience whilst working within a trusted employer in the IT and Digital sector. An initial assessment will be completed at application stage to ensure the most suitable apprenticeship programme is selected based on their individual needs, passion, experience and goals for the future. Primary Goal works closely with other partner agencies and will signpost candidates to these when they are a better fit for the individual.
Once the learner commences the apprenticeship programme they will receive the one to one support from a dedicated work based coach who is a sector specialist in their chosen apprenticeship field. The work based coach and employer will support the learner throughout their apprenticeship journey to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours and achieve recognised sector based qualifications.
