The Digital Champion and AI Business Programme develops confident, future-ready people who can use technology, data and AI to make a meaningful difference across their organisation. With an impact-first approach, apprentices develop practical skills in data, AI, automation, cyber security and digital productivity, applying them to real business challenges to improve efficiency, strengthen digital ways of working and support continuous improvement.
The programme combines flexible digital learning, practical workshops, personalised coaching and workplace application. Apprentices build strong digital foundations before shaping their learning around their role, workplace context and development goals.
Learning is flexible, practical and designed around the workplace, combining self-paced digital learning, optional live workshops and real-world application. Every learner has their own dedicated coach, providing personalised support to help them develop their capabilities and translate learning into action.
Ideal for Administrators, Operations Teams, Data and Reporting Teams, Customer Service Teams, Project Coordinators, HR and People Teams, Finance Teams, Marketing Teams, Digital Leads and aspiring Managers.
12 months, including learning, workplace application and on-programme assessment consisting of a portfolio and professional discussion.
Learners have access to engaging digital resources, including interactive learning, video content and self-paced activities. They can also connect with other Digital Champions to share ideas, experiences and best practice.
We host regular networking events that connect learners with industry professionals. These events provide valuable insights and opportunities to build relationships within the sector. Engaging with peers and mentors can significantly enhance your career prospects.
Gateway to completion is made up of two parts: the portfolio you’ll build throughout your time on programme and submit, and a 60-minute professional discussion with an independent assessor. Following your assessment, you’ll receive an overall grade of Fail, Pass or Distinction.
